<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit fair assignment of potential customers to salespersons and to improve customer satisfaction of the potential customers. SOLUTION: Potential customers information regarding the potential customers are stored in memory storage 504, 602 and 603, and the potential customers are allowed to access from registered members' communication terminals 201 and administrator's terminals 301, 401 and 501 through communication network 702. The potential customers information can be browsed from the members' communication terminals 201, and a potential customer selected among the potential customers information are related to a member pertaining a member's communication terminals 201 in accordance with commands from the members' communication terminals 201, thus the potential customer can be introduced in the member. Response log regarding the potential customer is allowed to be input on the member's communication terminals 201, the input response log is stored on the memory storage 504, 602 and 603 and can be browsed from every member's communication terminals 201, 301, 401 and 501.</p> |
