PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal which enables receiving a service to replace a goods purchase cost at an electronic shop with a communication charge by AAA protocol. SOLUTION: After a mobile terminal 1010 performs a mobile registration request in order to receive a packet transfer service according to mobile IP by a home agent 1011 in a home network 1001 and a foreign agent 1021 in a mobile network 1002, it performs an authentication charging request in order to receive an authentication charging service by an AAAH server 1012 in the home network 1001 according to an AAA protocol and AAAF server 1022 in the mobile network 1002. The AAA server 1022, upon receipt of the authentication charging request from the mobile terminal 1010, performs an information acquisition and the replacement of cost of the mobile terminal 1010, through information exchange with AAAy server 1032 that follows AAA protocol in charge of the terminal 1030 of the shop.
