FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method for engineered percussion generation involves performing short percussions on a pleximeter, which is placed on an individual's body, and recording an acoustic response to the percussions with the use of a microphone. An output signal of the microphone is processed with a fast Fourier transform system and visualised in amplitude-frequency coordinates. The percussion represents a pulse ultrasonic radiation, which is directed on the pleximeter. The pleximeter represents a plate an outer side of which facing an ultrasonic emitter has a surface roughness for ultrasound scattering. A pulse radiation pressure on the pleximeter is equivalent to the directed percussion pressure a length of which is adjusted from a minimum value of 0.5s. The acoustic response to the percussion is recorded with the microphone, which is contact-free arranged at the body. A lower threshold of the recorded frequencies of the microphone is 20Hz. A post-transform electric response is presented in the linear amplitude-frequency coordinate system in the form of a spectral resonance curve, which represents a fixed resonance Q-factor. A spectral curve diagram is differentiated, and the result is presented on the same coordinate system. A resonance frequency fposition is located, when the curve passes through zero on a frequency scale. A spectral curve Q-factor, a frequency scale displacement and variations of differentiated curve shape from the form the left and from the right of fcurrent percussion measures are compared to the previous measurements; and the comparison results are used to assess the examined organ health. The method provides performing the diagnosis of the involved organ in process of treatment.EFFECT: enhancing the diagnostic capabilities of the percussion examinations.5 dwg |
