<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system that can effectively utilize a processing capability of an electronic mail terminal so as to reduce a data transfer processing time. SOLUTION: An electronic mail terminal 20 extracts a transfer request list from a transfer request information table 23 in the case of processing a transfer request of electronic mail and transmits the list to an electronic mail server 10. Then the electronic mail server 10 retrieves a mail spool 12 according to the transfer request information list in a transfer request information table 14, extracts items whose transfer requests are set, edits the electronic mail and transmits electronic mail data. Through the processing above, information of the electronic mail suitable for the capability of the electronic mail terminal can be transmitted and the processing capability and the data transfer processing time can effectively be used.</p> |
