FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed tire consists of one-piece structure with metal wheel 1 and tire with resilient deformable spokes made of elastic polymer. Inner and outer rings 2 and 3 are connected with radial flexible deformable zigzag-shaped spokes 4 formed by arc-like plates 5, 6, 7 and 8.Outer ring 3 takes up the main vertical load from the side of thrust surface. High radial stiffness of said ring results from inner ring of resilient high-hardness polymer to protect the tire from through mechanical damages. To decrease vibration and noise, resilient spokes can be connected by webs 9, 10 and 11.EFFECT: constant radial stiffness, lower vibration and noise.4 cl, 6 dwg |
