FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for cutting of thin parts. Workpiece is placed at the end of the board made of soft metal fitted in rigid cartridge. Workpiece allowance is clamped to upset and cut the part. Note here that along with part cutting branch piece is extruded into female die with application of counter pressure to the part. Note here that to resume cutting cycle said rigid cartridge with soft metal bed is turned through 180 degrees. At next cutting cycle, bed branch piece is upset by female die extruded at previous step and arranged at bed opposite end to extrude a new bed branch piece along with part cutting application of counter pressure to the part.EFFECT: easier recover of soft metal plate.1 dwg
