FIELD: tobacco industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of a smoking product sheet containing a flavouring agent; the invention involves the following stages: a stage of a raw material suspension application onto a substrate (where the suspension contains a polysaccharide consisting of gellan gum and tamarind gum, a flavouring agent, an emulsifier and 70-95 wt % of water, the weight ratio of gellan gum to tamarind gum being 1:1-3:1, the suspension temperature in a colloidal state equal to 60-90°C); stage of the applied raw material suspension cooling till the sample temperature is equal to 0-40°C to produce gel; stage of thermal drying involving the gelated raw material heating and drying at the sample temperature equal to 70-100°C.EFFECT: acceleration of the sheet production as well as in ensuring the possibility of the flavouring agent preservation after storage.10 cl, 5 tbl, 29 dwg |
