FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inspection technology and may be used for remote calibration of piezoelectric receivers. The method of control consists in supply of test signals of various frequency to remote receivers comprising inertial mass, a piezoelement and a charge amplifier, from a generator of sinusoidal oscillations, and detection of receiver response. Then they determine resonance and anti-resonance frequencies, at which the output signal of the receiver achieves accordingly maximum and minimum values. By values of measured frequencies and coefficient of transmission of the amplifier they determine coefficient of receiver's conversion, dynamic coefficient of electromechanical connection and coefficient of mechanical quality of the calibrated receiver. At the same time the test signal has monotonously varying frequency, and the constant of the receiver is determined on the basis of inertial mass of the calibrated receiver and capacitance of negative feedback of calibrated receiver charge amplifier. After detection of the coefficient of mechanical quality the receivers are rejected with the condition that the quality value is less than 30.EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities due to provision of remote control of piezoreceivers.6 cl, 2 dwg |
