FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device includes the reactor, drive and actuating devices in form of the perforated plates installed in the reactor and on stocks in guides with possibility of vertical movement. The drive is in form of crank-and-rocker mechanism. On the rocker axis the gear wheel is installed, it is rigidly linked with the rocker and engages with tooth racks at both sides installed on top of the stocks. On bottom of stocks inserted in the reactor the top and bottom perforated plates are installed. The stocks are in form of the broker lines passing at the reactor input via the central axial line of the mixing device, on which the rocker axis and geometrical centres of the perforated plates are located. The bottom part of the stock of the bottom perforated plate is inserted in the hollow stock of the top perforated plate. Centres of gravity of each perforated plate are shifted from the central axis of the mixing device symmetrically to distance measured from the central axis of the missing device in direction opposite to location of the top part of the stock of each perforated plate, at that this shift lof C.O.G. of each perforated plate relatively to the central axis of the mixing device is determined by equationwhere Iis rocker moment of inertia; Iis gear wheel moment of inertia; mis weight of top part of the stock shifted relatively to the central axis of the device; mis weight of perforated plate; Ris radius of wheel pitch line.EFFECT: balance of inertial forces and moments of inertia.1 dwg |
