FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment. A kit for an intraocular lens delivery system, wherein the intraocular lens delivery system comprises a body and a reusable segment. The kit comprises a disposable segment of a piston tip, a fastening mechanism, a push surface, a disposable instrument and a disposable cartridge. The disposable segment of the piston tip consists of an elongated body with proximal and distal ends. The fastening mechanism represents a projection or a cavity or a combination thereof at the proximal end of the elongated body. The push surface is arranged at the distal end of the elongated body. The elongated body and the fastening projection or cavity is integrally formed of a monopolymer material.
