FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoelectric energy conversion. Essence of the invention: a module includes several in-series electrically connected thermoelectric elements, which consist at least of one n-layer and at least of one p-layer from thermoelectric material with formation at least of one p-n-junction formed along a boundary layer. Parallel to the boundary layer between hot and cold ends of each thermoelectric element there can be applied a temperature gradient. A substrate and thermoelectric elements are made using separate processes. Thermoelectric elements are bonded to pre-structured, thermally and electrically conductive sections of the substrate by means of different adhesives for cold and hot ends of each thermoelectric element.EFFECT: reduction of resistance of electric closing of contacts of individual thermoelectric elements and improvement of their thermal connection to a heat sink or a heat source.9 cl, 5 dwg |
