PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant simulation device which can perform large-scale real-time simulation even when a plant supervisory control system and a plant simulator are remotely connected through a low-speed communication means. SOLUTION: A control signal and a process signal including signals that the plant supervisory control system and plant simulator send and receive to and from each other are aggregated into an aggregated control signal and an aggregated process signal including a small number of signals by a control signal aggregating means and a process signal aggregating means and then transmitted through the communication means, so the amount of transmitted data can greatly be decreased. The received aggregated control signal and aggregated process signal are restored to the original control signal and process signal by using a control signal restoring means and a process signal restoring means respectively.
