<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo high-speed rotation equipment capable of suppressing shaft displacement even if the shaft displacement is generated by an internal clearance in a turbo mechanism in the case where a dynamic pressure bearing is employed. SOLUTION: In a turbo high speed rotation equipment having a turbo mechanism in which gas is compressed in a clearance to a stator on an inner circumference surface of a housing 1 when a rotation member 2 is rotatively driven at a high speed by an AC motor 10 through a rotation shaft 3, a touch down bearing mechanism TB opposing to the rotation shaft 3 having a very little clearance in the radial direction is provided in a part of the housing 1 corresponding to an lower end of the rotation shaft 3. Consequently, the rotation shaft 3 is supported by foil bearings 5, 6 and gets into contact with a bush 7 of the touch down bearing mechanism TB even if the rotation shaft 3 floats or displaces. The displacement is controlled and vibration does not increase.</p> |
