PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparing process for the subject composition to give an effective reverse-exudation preventing layer, which composition in spite of a less coating amount has the high adhesiveness, the good bond of top dots to the base layer, and the excellent service durability and sterilizing power even after washings and cleanings. SOLUTION: The preparing process for the crosslinkable hot melt adhesive composition comprises the microencapsulating of the crosslinkable component using a silanized polybutadiene and then the reacting for the first time of the reactive component in a hot melt substance on crosslinking.
