FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation. The device comprises electrically interconnected a transistor-based self-energising quartz resonator of high frequency pulse oscillations, measurement circuit containing a transistor-based preamplifier, transistor-based amplifier, capacitive electrodes of the measurement circuit, diodes, measuring instrument, power source, diode voltage regulator. Capacitive electrodes are two copper electrodes made from a strip, bar, tube or another pattern. The device includes DC amplifier based on the composite transistor, connected with common collector (emitter follower), and also the diodes connected in series, and these diodes are connected in the blocking direction. The first diode lead is connected to the lead of the capacitive electrode, the second diode lead is "grounded". The first capacitive electrode lead is connected to the collector of the amplifier transistor of the measurement circuit, the second capacitive electrode lead is connected to the diode cathode and anode, the diode anode is "grounded", the diode cathode through the switch and resistance is connected with the base of the composite transistor of the emitter follower, between the emitter of which and "ground" the resistance and diode are connected in series in a conducting direction. The composite transistor emitter of the emitter follower through the resistance is connected to the measuring device lead, the second lead of which is "grounded", the composite transistor collector of the emitter follower is connected to the power source.EFFECT: expansion of the scope of application at simultaneous improvement of accuracy of level measurement of and simplification of design.1 dwg |
