<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner using at least titanium oxide as an external additive and capable of effectively suppressing filming on toner contact members such as a toner support, a toner regulating member and a latent image carrier and to provide an image forming device using the toner. SOLUTION: The toner T has a liberation rate of matrix particles set at <=30% and a liberation rate of titanium oxide set at <=5%. Since the amount of the titanium oxide as an external additive can be made proper, the electrostatic chargeability of the toner can be stabilized.</p> |
