PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester composite yarn which improves the problems of conventional polyester yarns, namely low repulsion, recovery against repeated compression, flexibility, and dyeing properties, and to provide a fabric therewith. SOLUTION: The polyester composite yarn comprises two kinds or more of polyester fibers. At least one kind of the polyester fibers is polyester fiber (high IV component) having intrinsic viscosity of >=0.7. At least one kind of the other polyester fibers is polyester fiber (low IV component) having an limiting viscosity of <0.7. The amorphous orientation degree of at least one component is <=0.4.
