FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method consists in extraction of raw material with petroleum ether under vacuum on water bath in order to remove lipophilic substances, with ratio raw material:extractant 1:5 for 1 hour, after which raw material is twice extracted with 70% ethyl alcohol in ratio raw material:extractant 1:6 on water bath with reflux condenser at 60°C for 2 hours. Obtained alcohol extracts are filtered, 200 ml of purified water are added and stayed for 6 hours. Precipitated sediment is filtered. Obtained oleanolic acid is twice purified by re-crystallisation from 96% ethyl alcohol.EFFECT: simplification of method of target product separation, increased output of target product, application as extractant of non-toxic substance, extension of raw material base of oleanolic acid sources. |
