Method of cryopreservation of cell or tissue using scaffold, and kit for cryopreservation of cell or tissue

The present invention relates to a method for cryopreserving cells or tissues using a scaffold, which comprises the steps of: (a) culturing cells or tissues in a scaffold; (b) treating the scaffold in which the cells or the tissues are cultured with a mixed solution containing a cryoprotectant and a culture medium are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1; (c) treating the scaffold treated at step (b) with the cryoprotectant; (d) pre-freezing the scaffold treated at step (c) at -90°C to -50°C; and (e) freezing the pre-frozen cells or tissues at -196°C to -150°C. The method for cryopreserving cells or tissues using the scaffold can simply and economically freeze cells or tissues, enhance survival rate of cells or tissues after freezing, and be applied to various cell therapy products and the likes.
