The present invention relates to a water-saving device for a faucet, and more specifically, to a water-saving device for a faucet capable of easily controlling the flow of water (tap water) supplied from the faucet in a one-touch operation. According to the present invention, the water-saving device which controls the opening and closing of a water outlet by being installed in the front end of the water outlet of the faucet body, comprises an outer housing combined and assembled to the front end of the water outlet; an opening and closing bundle for opening and closing the water outlet by performing a vertical reciprocating action while being accommodated in the outer housing; a lifting plate which moves up and down by a user′s manipulation while being arranged in the outer housing in order to support the opening and closing bundle; an inner case which guides the movement of the lifting plate and maintains and fixes a lifting location while being combined to the inside of the outer housing in order to surround the lifting plate; and a spring which has flexibility in order to easily open and close the water outlet by the opening and closing bundle simultaneously lifted up and down along the lifting plate while being arranged between the opening and closing bundle and the lifting plate. |
