The present invention relates to a method for producing 3-O-glucoside-7-O-rhamnoside made in plants using Escherichia coli, and more specifically, to metabolic-adjusted Escherichia coli and synthesis of quercetin 3-O-glucoside-7-O-rhamnoside using the same.
