<p>The present invention provides an injection mold structure for a pump impeller, capable of preparing pump impellers with uniform quality. To achieve the objective, the injection mold structure for a pump impeller for preparing a pump impeller comprises; a circular base; a cylindrical flange installed in the center of the base; an annular ring made of metal material, for connecting a rotary shaft to the inside of the flange; and blades formed in a spiral shape and in the radius direction of the base, and formed to be spaced apart from the flange, wherein the mold includes a runner into which a molten resin is injected; a gate connected with the runner; an inner space in which the impeller is formed; and a projecting unit which projects out from a fixing hole formed inside the annular ring toward the gate direction, and the gate is connected with the part of the inner space in which the flange is formed.</p> |
