The embodiment of the present invention provides a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. An interval between a display board and a driving circuit unit is constantly maintained by forming an insulation sidewall which is higher than the surface of a conductor and covering the side of the conductor which is located on a driving pad part without adding a photolithography process. A short between two adjacent conductors is prevented even through the interval between two adjacent conductors becomes narrow according to the increase of the resolution of the display device.
