The present invention relates to tacrolimus-supported liquid crystal nanoparticles, which effectively alleviate or treat psoriasis by improving skin permeability and remaining property on the skin, a manufacturing method of the tacrolimus-supported liquid crystal nanoparticles and a pharmaceutical composition for alleviating or treating psoriasis including the tacrolimus-supported liquid crystal nanoparticles. The pharmaceutical composition including the tacrolimus-supported liquid crystal nanoparticles has outstanding skin permeability and remaining property on the skin and alleviates or treats psoriasis, thereby being widely used in psoriasis treatment.
