<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for transporting strips of a hot rolled correction line having a surface plate for the wave inspection of the strips. The apparatus comprises: a base frame; the surface plate disposed on the upper side of the base frame and on which two or more roller accommodation holes are formed in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined interval; two or more transfer rollers disposed on the lower side of the surface plate in order that the upper portion of the surface plate can be put on the roller accommodation holes of the surface plate and rotationally supported on the base frame; and an elevating mechanism which elevates the surface plate between a strip transfer location where the upper surface of the surface plate is disposed at a position lower than the upper end of the transfer rollers to transfer the strips between a rolling mill and a cutter by the transfer rollers, and a wave inspection location where the upper surface of the surface plate is disposed on a position higher than the upper end of the transfer rollers in order to inspect the wave of the strips without tension by mounting the surface plate on the upper surface.</p> |
