<p>The present invention relates to a device to prevent incorrect fuel filling. The main objective of the present invention is to provide a fuel filler of a diesel vehicle capable of preventing gasoline fuel from being incorrectly fuelled by not allowing a gasoline fuel hose nozzle having a diameter smaller than other diesel fuel hose nozzles to be inserted. To achieve the above objective, a vehicle fuel filler of the present invention comprises an incorrect fuel filling prevention mechanism installed in a passage part inside an external pipe to allow a fuel hose nozzle to pass through, and blocks a fuel hose nozzle passage in the passage part if a fuel hose nozzle having a diameter smaller than a prescribed size is inserted into the passage part, wherein the incorrect fuel filling prevention mechanism comprises: a guard which includes a pressing terminal formed on the lower end thereof, is rotatably installed in the passage part in an internal/external direction, and is rotated in an external direction of the passage part by the fuel hose nozzle inserted into the passage part; and a flapper rotatably installed in the passage part of the lower side of the guard in the internal/external direction and rotated in an internal direction of the passage part while a pressed terminal on the upper side of a rotational center part is externally pressed by the pressing end of the guard.</p> |
