The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a flow control valve and an assembling method thereof. The apparatus for assembling a flow control valve assembles an end cab in a core portion to form spring force of a spring inserted into the core portion of the flow control valve. The apparatus includes: an operating part provided to move up and down, and back and forth, and provided with a load cell and an end cap supporting portion spaced apart from each other on a lower part; a fixed part arranged to be spaced apart from a lower side of the operating part, and including a valve support portion provided to be opposite to the load cell to support the core portion, and a linear gauge provided to be opposite to the end cap supporting portion, on a lower part; and a control unit configured to control the up and down, and back and forth movement of the operating part, wherein it is preferred that the end cap supporting portion is disposed to be opposite to the valve support portion as the operating part moves back and forth. Therefore, the accuracy of forming spring force may be improved. |
