The present invention relates to a polyorganosiloxane compound represented by chemical formula 1 and a copolycarbonate resin containing the same. According to the present invention, provided is a polyorganosiloxane compound which can be applied to various uses and can be used as an impact reinforcing agent, a modifying agent, or a comonomer of the copolycarbonate resin. Also, provided is the copolycarbonate resin which includes the same, maintains transparency, and has improved mechanical properties including impact strength at low temperature.
