MOTOR CONTROLLING APPARATUS AND WASHING MACHINE WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: A motor controller and a washing machine in the same are provided to prevent a secondary accident according to the motor trouble by bypassing the motor or the contact of the coil of motor through ground conductor to an alternating current ground shift of the common AC source. CONSTITUTION: A converter(200) changes common alternating current voltage of the common electricity(100) into a direct current voltage. A smoothing unit(300) levels and broads the direct current voltage outputted from the converter. An inverter unit(400) supplies to the motor by converting the direct current voltage outputted from the smoothing unit to the motor driving voltage. A by-pass unit(700) bypasses the leakage current according to the motor error to the ground of the common electricity. A control unit(500) supplies a first control signal controlling the inverter unit. A detecting unit detects the leakage current according to the motor error.
