The present invention relates to a method for setting calories according to the amount of exercise which can promote steady exercise by setting the target amount of calories consumed by exercise on weekly and daily basis, adjusting the daily target amount of the remaining days according to the daily consumed calories, and adjusting the target amount of the next week according to the degree of achievement of the weekly target amount to give a sense of achieving a target without losing interest. The method for setting calories according to the amount of exercise comprises: a target calorie setting step of setting a weekly target calorie to be consumed by exercise and a daily target calorie with respect to the weekly target calorie; a daily achievement degree checking step of accumulating calories consumed according to the daily exercise amount of a user, calculating a daily cumulative calorie and a weekly cumulative calorie, and comparing the daily cumulative calorie and the daily target calorie; and a daily target calorie resetting step of resetting the daily target calorie of the remaining days of a week according to the result in the daily achievement degree checking step. |
