The present invention relates to polyorganosiloxane and a copolycarbonate resin. According to the present invention, provided is a novel polyorganosiloxane derivative which is applicable for various purposes and usable as an impact mitigation agent, a modifier, or a comonomer of a polycarbonate resin. The impact strength and flowability of the copolycarbonate resin including the polyorganosiloxane derivatives can be improved.
