The present invention relates to an arm structure to fixate a power distribution line of a submarine cable, which can safely protect a submarine cable from fish, fishing gears, a collision or contact with an anchor of a ship, and a fish attack by making the submarine cable be installed on the seabed in a state of being combined with multiple arm units each of which comprises a cable lower cover and a cable upper cover, a cable lower support block integrated with the cable lower cover, and a cable upper support block. Since the arm units are mutually connected to be flexible along the curvature of the seabed to stably install the submarine cable, and have buoys connected thereto to float on the surface of the sea without sinking to the seabed, a cable installation ship can easily pull the submarine cable and the arm units without difficulty. Since the arm units and the submarine cable sink and are installed on the seabed if the buoys are separated from the arm units, it is possible to dispense with a separate work by a diver, thereby reducing time and costs and preventing safety accidents caused by a work process by the diver. Furthermore, the arm unit can perform the functions of protecting the submarine cable and as fishing banks since the cable lower support block constituting the arm unit includes a groove for the fishing banks. |
