<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The installation (4) has a ventilator (8) for extraction of foul air in an independent building e.g. residential building. A distribution box (30) comprises a register unit (301) that is adapted to authorize or prevent passage of air flow (FA) extracted towards outside of the building. The register unit is placed downstream of the ventilator. The air flow is directed towards a thermodynamic water-heater (100), and calorific energy is extracted from air.
