Disclosed is an apparatus for diagnosing an abnormality in a table roller. The disclosed apparatus for diagnosing an abnormality in a table roller includes a base frame provided to move along the longitudinal direction of the table roller; a vertical rod vertically installed on an upper portion of the base frame; a lifting body provided to vertically be lifted along the vertical rod; a horizontal moving bar installed on the lifting body to move in a straight line in the width direction of the table roller; a laser range finder installed at one end portion of the horizontal moving bar to collect position information of the table roller; a sound receiver installed at the horizontal moving bar to abut on the laser range finder to measure ultrasonic sound generated by the table roller; and a control module mounted on the upper portion of the base frame, controlling motions of the base frame, the lifting body, and the horizontal moving bar to enable the sound receiver to measure the ultrasonic sound generated by the table roller at a position close to the table roller based on the position information collected by the laser range finder, and generating an abnormality diagnosis signal if the ultrasonic sound value measured by the sound receiver is equal to or greater than a reference tolerance value. |
