The present invention is provided to reduce noise generated when a cover is closed, and to improve emotional properties of a product by realizing a free-stop section and a slow-down section when the cover is closed as a hinge apparatus installed in the cover to be rotationally opened and closed is equipped with a multi-layered cam and a slider. The hinge apparatus for opening and closing a cover of office equipment according to the present invention comprises: a housing (10); a rotary lever (20) equipped with a hinge connecting part (22); a hinge shaft (30) supporting the rotation of the rotary lever (20) and a cover (120); a compressive coil spring (40) installed inside the housing (10); and a slider (50) of which an upper part comes in contact with a lower end surface of the hinge connecting part (22) of the rotary lever (20). |
