Disclosed is a lithium secondary battery including multiple electrode assemblies, which comprises a first electrode assembly including a first cathode active material; and a second electrode assembly including a second cathode active material, wherein the first electrode assembly and the second electrode assembly are electrically connected to each other, and the first cathode active material is different from the second cathode active material. The discharge capacity ratio of the second electrode assembly is 25-80% of the total discharge capacity of the first electrode assembly and the second electrode assembly.
