<p>The present invention relates to a roller chain guide frame for a conveyor. The roller chain guide frame is provided to easily and quickly replace a guide bar by preventing burr, from pressurizing the guide bar, wherein the burr occurs on the inside wall surface of a frame during a tapping process forming a piece coupling hole. The roller chain guide frame comprises: a chain transfer unit (20) through which a roller chain (40) moves in the normal direction; a chain return unit (20) through which the roller chain moving through the chain transfer unit returns in the reverse direction; mounting grooves (11, 12) formed on the insides of the chain transfer unit (10) and the chain return unit (20), respectively; a guide bar (50) inserted into the mounting grooves (11, 21) to guide the roller chain (40) to make the roller chain move smoothly; a piece coupling hole which is formed on the side walls of the mounting grooves (11, 21) and has a piece fixating the guide bar (50) coupled thereto; and a groove (23) which is formed on the sidewalls surfaces of the mounting grooves (11,21) to make the piece coupling hole (22) and the guide bar (50) be spaced with a fixed distance apart from each other.</p> |
