<p>The present invention relates to an ultra high temperature heating device used in an electric resistance heating furnace. The ultra high temperature heating device includes a heating unit, a protection unit which surrounds the heating unit from outside the heating unit, at least two electrode connection parts, and a cap part which is formed between the protection part and the electrode connection part and seals the inside of the protection unit, wherein, one end of each electrode connection part is connected to the end of the heating unit and the other end of each electrode connection part is connected to the terminal of an external electrode located outside. The heating unit is made of one selected among carbon, molybdenum, and tungsten and has a thin long coil shape.</p> |
