<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display all remaining icons even if the icons focused on a menu screen are enlarged for display. SOLUTION: On a main menu screen 40, icons 41 of pluralities of selection items are arranged and displayed as shown in Fig. 6(b), and one of them is focused (specified) and is enlarged and displayed (a frame-shaped cursor 42 is attached). By operating a joystick (not shown here), an arbitrary icon can be focused. The icons 41 other than those focused move, the interval between them is narrowed, and the display region of the icons 41 focused is expanded accordingly, thus displaying the same icons 41 even if any icon 41 is focused.</p> |
