<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time of and to improve an accuracy of an FFT frame synchronizing processing in a power line carrier apparatus for executing an OFDM system via a power line. SOLUTION: A method for synchronizing in a multi-carrier modulation system comprises the steps of coarsely synchronizing the FFT frame through delay processing and product-summing, by using a correlativity of synchronizing signals 2 of an N/4 period, and executing folding correlating processing 17 for obtaining a higher correlation peak than the synchronizing signal due to full carriers at a synchronizing point. Thus, enhancing the accuracy of the synchronizing is enhanced, and time is shortened. Therefore, the processing time can be shortened, and the high accuracy can be performed by a combination of the coarse synchronizing and precise synchronizing.</p> |
