<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a general user to rapidly obtain latest traffic information indicating the change in an unexpected traffic condition as necessary. SOLUTION: The user registers the delivery condition (place, time, etc., in which the traffic condition is changed) on the traffic information which is requested to be delivered to the user, and a delivery method of the traffic information to the user in advance by using an user terminal 30 to a computer 10 for distributing the traffic condition. When a temporary change such as an accident and congestion occurs in the traffic condition, and the traffic information indicating the change in the traffic condition is provided to the computer 10 for distributing the traffic information from a traffic information providing agent, the computer 10 distributes to the user only the traffic information meeting the delivery condition designated by the user out of the provided traffic information by the registered delivery method.</p> |
