<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grant a power to a customer (D) of a taxi to decide the taxi called to pickup the customer (D) and also to save time and effort for the customer (D) to ask the taxi to pickup. SOLUTION: In a program for publication of taxi position information, taxi position information acquired from each taxi company (B1, etc.), overlapped with map information 40 is opened to the public on a Web site. Moreover, the positional information is distinguished between the status of empty taxies and that of occupied taxies. In the status of empty taxies, the empty taxies are displayed with red-colored car-number marks ((1)41, (2)42, (4)44), in the state of occupied taxies, the occupied taxies are displayed with green-colored car-number marks ((3)43, (5)45). The customer (D) selects a car-number mark to ask the taxi to pickup with a pointer 47 and inputs the address and name of itself to ask the taxi to pickup. Accordingly, the customer (D) can request the taxi to pickup from a personal computer at home.</p> |
