PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensing device for a vehicle capable of preventing initially assembled positions of a temperature compensation detection coil assembly, a spacer, and a magnetic resistance detection coil assembly disposed in a housing from being displaced even if an impact is transmitted from the outside thereto or a thermal expansion occurs. SOLUTION: In this torque sensing device for the vehicle, since a fixing member 80 of an elastic material with an excellent damping force is charged and formed between the inside wall of the housing 20 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the detection coil assemblies 30 and 40 to rigidly support component parts, even if vibration and impact are transmitted from the outside thereto, the vibration and impact are absorbed by the fixing member 80 itself. When the component parts are thermally expanded inside the housing 20 according to variation in temperature, also the fixing member 80 is elastically deformed and a thermally expanded space can be assured. Thus, since positions of the assembled component parts is prevented from being displaced in radial and axial directions, torque acting on a torsion bar 12 can be accurately detected. |
