Provided are a DNA-zeolite composite, a preparation method thereof, and a method for labeling radioisotopes by using the DNA-zeolite composite. To this end, provided is a DNA-zeolite composite in which a metal ion, included in pores of zeolite, is ion-exchanged by radioisotopes, and a thiol group, an amine group, a maleic imide group, an azide group, or an alkyl group is introduced into a surface of the zeolite, and the thiol group, the amine group, the maleic imide group, the azide group, or the alkyl group combines with DNA so that the surface of the zeolite reforms. |
