A metal fabrication resource performance data management method, includes storing a first set of data representative of a first plurality of parameters sampled during a metal fabrication operation of a first metal fabrication resource, selecting a second metal fabrication resource from the listing, and changing a first identifier of a portion of the first set of data to a second identifier associated with the second metal fabrication resource. The first metal fabrication resource is selectable by a user from a listing of individual and groups of resources, and the first set of data includes the first identifier corresponding to the first metal fabrication resource.
