The invention relates to material grinding technology. The use thereof in the dispersion of various materials allows for producing homogenous particles, in the range of tens of nanometers, of a substance to be ground. To achieve same, a method which is carried out in a corresponding device contains steps comprising: loading a predetermined ratio of material to be dispersed and water into a dispersion chamber; sealing the dispersion chamber; applying a predetermined static pressure into the sealed dispersion chamber; processing the contents of the dispersion chamber with ultrasonic vibrations having a sound density of at least 50 watts per centimeter squared, which provide for a sound pressure, over a predetermined length of time and applied to the mixture of material and water, which exceeds the static pressure by a predetermined amount.
