PURPOSE: A PCB assembly is provided to allow a user to make a printed circuit board assembly slim by forming a protective layer on one side of the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: In a device, an electric component(120) is arranged on an insulating substrate(110). A circuit pattern(112) is inserted into the insulating substrate, and it has a side exposed to the outside. A conductive pad(114) is formed at least part of one side exposed to the outside and is electrically connected to the electric component. A protective layer(113) is coated on the insulating substrate in order to cover the exposed side and protects the circuit pattern. The electric component is arranged in the opposite side in which the circuit pattern is inserted into the insulating substrate. A penetration hole is formed at the insulating substrate. |
