A pulsation valve for a ladle according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: an apparatus body provided to a feeding line of fuel for the combustion of the ladle and on which an influx unit and an exhausting unit of fuel are formed; a flow control unit which is provided to the apparatus body to controls the supply quantity of the fuel; and a pulsation regulating unit which is provided to the apparatus body in order to supply the fuel to the ladle with pulsation. In addition, the ladle according to the other embodiment of the present invention comprises a burner provided to a ladle body, a pulsation valve for the ladle connected to the burner to supply the fuel, and a bypass valve detoured from the feeding line to provide the pulsation valve for the ladle and provided to a bypass valve for supplying the fuel to the burner.
