PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover, from among safe natural products, one having skin-whitening action, and provide a skin-whitening agent comprising the same as an active ingredient, and provide skin cosmetics for whitening in which a natural product having skin-whitening action is blended.SOLUTION: A skin-whitening agent comprises as an active ingredient extracts from Canavalia plants. Skin cosmetics for whitening are blended with extracts from Canavalia plants. |
