PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine generator that secures an air current acting on a wind turbine while holding an upward current as a source for power generation in a stable state, and can thereby stably generate electric power with good efficiency.SOLUTION: A wind turbine generator includes: a wind guide tower 1 which is provided with an intake part 3 at a lower part and with an exhaust part 4 at an upper part, and also installed substantially in a perpendicular direction in which an upward current flowing from the intake part to the exhaust part is generated; an intake pipe 5 which is linked to nearby the intake part of the wind guide tower and sucks outside air with the upward current in the wind guide tower; a wind turbine 6 which is connected to an upstream side of the intake pipe to be rotated with the sucked outside air current; and an electric generator 7 which is rotatably driven by the wind turbine, and is characterized in that a heat storage layer H is formed on an inner surface of the wind guide tower. |
